PERCEPÇÃO DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE ACERCA DO FENÔMENO DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: A violência contra a mulher como fenômeno multicausal, intersecional que precisa ser enfrentado por todos os setores da sociedade, pois traz impactos significativos para a saúde da mulher em todos os ciclos de vida. Objetivo: Analisar as evidências presentes na literatura acerca das percepções dos profissionais de saúde sobre a violência contra a mulher. Método: Estudo de revisão integrativa em que foram identificados 14 artigos que compuseram a amostra do estudo, a partir das bases de dados BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE e PUBMED, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados: A revisão contou com artigos de 2006 até 2019. A percepção dos profissionais de saúde foi separada em categorias temáticas: tipos de violência, violência como desigualdade de gênero e violência como problema de saúde. O olhar dos profissionais sobre as situações de violência que acometem as mulheres está associado ao contexto social, desigualdade relacional, e à compreensão do quanto esse fenômeno demanda por cuidados de saúde não apenas físico, mas mental. Conclusão: Dentre os achados da revisão entende-se a importância de se ampliar os estudos sobre a temática, incluir as práticas interdisciplinares na assistência às mulheres e a capacitação profissional em prol da melhoria dos cuidados em saúde.

Abstract:
Introduction: Violence against women as a multi-causal, intersectional phenomenon that needs to be addressed by all sectors of society, as it has significant impacts on women's health in all life cycles. Objective: To analyze the evidence in the literature about the perceptions of health professionals about violence against women. Method: An integrative review study in which 14 articles that comprised the study sample were identified, from the databases BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE and PUBMED, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Results: The review included articles from 2006 to 2019. The perception of health professionals was separated into thematic categories: types of violence, violence as gender inequality and violence as a health problem. The perception of health professionals about the situations of violence that affect women is closely associated with the social context, relational inequality, and there is an understanding of how much this phenomenon demands for health care, not only physical, but mental. Conclusion: Among the findings of the review, it is understood the importance of expanding studies on the subject, including interdisciplinary practices in assisting women and professional training in favor of improving health care.
