PERCEPÇÃO DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM QUANTO AOS CUIDADOS IMEDIATOS PRESTADOS AO RECÉM-NASCIDO
O objetivo identificar as concepções dos enfermeiros de um centro obstétrico de uma maternidade de referência em Colinas-MA, além de constatar as dificuldades e os cuidados tomados para garantir a integridade e saúde do recém-nascido (RN). Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa exploratória. Utilizou-se questionário com perguntas pré-codificadas e abertas, cuja respostas foram descritas e analisadas de acordo com o conhecimento de cada profissional. Foi identificado o papel do enfermeiro no centro obstétrico, as dificuldades na realização dos cuidados ao RN, os cuidados imediatos prestados ao RN, como ocorre a promoção do vinculo mãe-bebê e os cuidados, para garantir a integridade do bebê. Atráves dos resultados pode-se concluir que o estudo alcançou os objetivos de conhecer quais os principais cuidados prestados aos recém-nascidos em qualquer circunstância, colaborando na produçao de novas mudanças no âmbito do cuidado ao RN.

Abstract:
The objective is to identify the conceptions of nurses in an obstetric center of a reference maternity hospital in Colinas-MA, in addition to verifying the difficulties and care taken to ensure the integrity and health of the newborn (NB). This is a descriptive study with an exploratory qualitative approach. A questionnaire with pre-coded and open questions was used, whose answers were described and analyzed according to the knowledge of each professional. The role of the nurse in the obstetric center, the difficulties in carrying out care to the NB, the immediate care provided to the NB, as well as the promotion of the mother-infant bond and the care to ensure the baby's integrity were identified. Through the results, it can be concluded that the study achieved the objectives of knowing the main care provided to newborns in any circumstance, collaborating in the production of new changes in the scope of care for the NB.
