PERCEPÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA DO AMBIENTE, VIOLÊNCIA FÍSICA E O TRANSPORTE ATIVO ENTRE ESCOLARES DO EUSÉBIO (CE), NORDESTE DO BRASIL
A saúde é um dos direitos constitucionais do brasileiro, porém representa um dos maiores desafios para este país. Atualmente a violência e a ausência da prática de atividade física se configuram como sérios problemas de saúde pública sendo-os responsáveis pelos elevados gastos públicos com a saúde da população de um modo geral. Objetivo deste capítulo é trazer conceituações e as relações estabelecidas entre os termos ambiente seguro, violência e transporte ativo em escolares e suas interfaces com a saúde pública, assim como apresentaremos as análises descritivas do projeto intitulado saúde mais. Observação transversal e descritiva realizada em oito escolas da rede pública municipal de Eusébio-Ceará-Brasil nos meses de junho e agosto de 2017. Os resultados apontaram elevadas prevalências de inatividade ao deslocamento à escola e baixas prevalências de violência física. investir em segurança nos ambientes e no trânsito, assim como na estruturação das cidades, sendo elas projetadas para oferecer meios de locomoção de forma ativa, é sem dúvidas uma forma de contribuir para a saúde pública da população e para um mundo sustentável.

Abstract:
Health is one of the constitutional rights of Brazilians, but represents one of the greatest challenges for this country. Currently, violence and lack of physical activity practice constitute serious public health problems and are responsible for high public spending on the health of the population in general. The purpose of this chapter is to bring the concepts and relationships established between the terms environment insurance, violence and active transportation in schoolchildren and their interfaces with public health, as well as the descriptive analysis of the project entitled health more. Cross-sectional and descriptive observation was carried out in eight schools of the municipal public network of Eusebio-CearáBrazil in June and August of 2017. The results pointed out high prevalences of inactivity to the school and low prevalence of physical violence. investing in safety in the environments and traffic, as well as in the structuring of cities, being designed to offer means of locomotion in an active way, is without a doubt a way of contributing to the public health of the population and to a sustainable world.
