PERCEPÇÃO DE PROFISSIONAIS DE UMA CASA DE APOIO À MULHER VÍTIMA DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA DE UM MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA CATARINA DIANTE DA VIOLÊNCIA SOFRIDA PELAS MULHERES E SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS
O Mapa da Violência (2012)
coloca o Brasil na sétima posição mundial
em assassinatos de mulheres, com um total
de 43,7 mil homicídios de mulheres no Brasil
de 2000 a 2010, sendo mais de 40% das
vítimas assassinadas pelos companheiros/
ex-companheiros. Nesse sentido, o estudo
acerca da temática da violência e das políticas
públicas nela envolvidas evidencia-se relevante
no cenário atual. A pesquisa aqui apresentada
objetivou compreender a percepção de
profissionais da equipe de uma Casa de Apoio
à Mulher Vítima de Violência Doméstica, diante
da violência sofrida pelas mulheres e suas
consequências. A coleta de dados aconteceu
por meio de grupo focal com a equipe da Casa
de Apoio e a análise qualitativa do material foi
realizada por meio da análise de conteúdo, onde
se identificaram sete categorias organizadas
a posteriori. Destacam-se como aspectos
fundamentais levantados a partir da análise,
a necessidade de tratamento do agressor;
a importância de momentos específicos no
cotidiano de trabalho da equipe para partilhar
as emoções vivenciadas na Casa de Apoio e
potencializar as ações e intervenções; a falta
de articulação da rede no desacolhimento
da mulher e o desconhecimento por parte da
própria rede socioassistencial sobre os serviços
prestados na Casa de Apoio.

Abstract:
The Map of Violence (2012)
puts Brazil in the seventh position in the world
in murders of women, with a total of 43,700
homicides of women in Brazil from 2000 to
2010, with more than 40% of victims murdered
by comrades / ex-comrades. In this sense,
the study about the issue of violence and the
public policies involved in it is relevant in the current scenario. The research presented
here aimed to understand the perception of professionals of the staff of a House to
Support Women Victims of Domestic Violence, given the violence suffered by women
and their consequences. Data collection was done through a focus group with the
Casa de Apoio team and the qualitative analysis of the material was performed through
content analysis, where seven categories were identified a posteriori. The fundamental
aspects raised from the analysis are the need to treat the aggressor; the importance
of specific moments in the daily work of the team to share the emotions experienced in
the House of Support and potentiate actions and interventions; the lack of articulation
of the network in the deprivation of women and the lack of knowledge on the part of the
social assistance network about the services provided in the Support House.
