PERCEPÇÃO DAS MULHERES HOMOAFETIVAS ACERCA DO ATENDIMENTO EM SAÚDE DA MULHER
Objetivo: identificar a percepção das mulheres homoafetivas acerca dos atendimentos em saúde da mulher no Sistema Único de Saúde. Método: estudo qualitativo descritivo, realizado com 7 mulheres homoafetivas, todas residentes da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, através da técnica snowball (bola de neve), as entrevistas ocorreram por meio de contato telefônico em função da pandemia do COVID-19 e todas as participantes assinaram o termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido em conformidade com a Resolução nº 466/2012 do Conselho Nacional da Saúde. Resultados: Observou-se que apesar da maioria das participantes considerar importante e realização dos atendimentos em saúde da mulher, algumas não consideram necessário em função de terem relação sexual apenas com mulheres; em relação a percepção dos atendimentos oferecidos pelos serviços de saúde, a maioria considera inadequados à mulheres homoafetivas, sendo que não levam em consideração as especificidades das mesmas, sendo o atendimento realizado como heteronormativo, somente uma das participante relata já ter sofrido com o preconceito durante os atendimentos em saúde, porém a maioria diz não ter se sentido confortável para expor sua orientação sexual ao profissional durante o atendimento. Considerações finais: para a promoção da saúde da mulher homoafetiva é preciso haver um atendimento baseado nas suas especificidades, livre de discriminação e preconceitos, para tanto é fundamental formação adequada e humanização dos profissionais de saúde.

Abstract:
Purpouse: Understand the perceptions of LGBT Women regarding the woman’s heath care provided by the brazilian’s Health Care Unic System (SUS). Method: Throught a qualitative descritive study and the Snowball Technique, 7 (seven) LGBT Woman, all of them residing at the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre in Rio Grande do Sul, were interviewed. All the the interviews were made by telephone call in consequence of COVID-19 global pandemic. The participants signed a document allowing the freely use of the interviews on this research according to nº 466/2012 National Health Care Council Resolution. Results: Altought, the majority of woman interviewed, understand the importance of appointments focous on woman’s health, some of them don’t think its applyies to their reality, since they only have sexual relations with other women. The fact that the process its made according to heteronormative directives, these womens belive the methods are inadequate for them. Despite just one of the interviewed report having been surffered prejudice the most of women attends this research, told that they don’t feel comfortable to tell their sexual orientations for the health professionals during the process. Concluding Remarks: For the existence of an effective health care system, suited for LGBT women, its necessary the adequacy of the methods to their reality and needs, free from descrimination and prejudice. The achievement of this reality its only possible throught an formative, educational e humanized, of the health care professionals.
