PENSANDO AS RELAÇÕES AMBIENTAIS A PARTIR DO CONTO "O JORNAL E SUAS METAMORFOSES", DE JULIO CORTÁZAR
Julio Cortázar, escritor belga-argentino, figura ao lado de Jorge Luis Borges e Mario Vargas Llosa, como um dos grandes expoentes da literatura latino-americana. Dentre seus inúmeros contos, se destaca o pequeno texto “O jornal e suas metamorfoses”, no qual se descreve o processo de transformação que sofrem as páginas dos jornais ao longo do dia, desde quando são comprados na banca até chegarem ao derradeiro destino. O texto em apreço pode ser pensado tanto do ponto de vista dialético-filosófico, da brevidade das coisas, bem como pode ser usado pedagogicamente para construir uma consciência crítica que leve a ler, interpretar e compreender o conto e a partir daí ressignificar o material, visando também aludir à situação em meios reais. Dessa forma, se realiza na essência o letramento crítico, que permite ler e adentrar às leituras, produzindo registros inovadores; por outro lado, desenvolver-se-á, além da capacidade de leitura, a capacidade de cuidado com o meio ambiente, por meio da alusão para com as provocações do conto.

Abstract:
Julio Cortázar, Belgian-Argentine writer, appears alongside Jorge Luis Borges and Mario Vargas Llosa as one of the great exponents of Latin American literature. Among his countless stories, the short text “The newspaper and its metamorphoses” stands out, in which the process of transformation that newspapers undergo throughout the day is described, from the moment they are bought at the newsstand until they reach their ultimate destination. The text can be thought of both from a dialectical-philosophical point of view, from the brevity of things, as well as it can be used pedagogically to build a critical conscience that leads to reading, interpreting and understanding the story and, from there, re-signifying the material, also aiming to allude to the situation in real media. In this way, critical literacy is essentially carried out, which allows reading and entering into the readings, producing innovative records; on the other hand, in addition to the ability to read, the ability to care for the environment will be developed, through the allusion to the provocations of the short story.
