PENA: CERIMÔNIATRADICIONAL DE ETNIA MANCANHE NA GUINÉ-BISSAU

O presente trabalho propõe fazer uma abordagem sobre organização religiosa e cultural da etnia Mancanhe da Guiné-Bissau. A proposta do trabalho é contextualizar como seria o processo da organização do ritual religioso chamado “pena”, vinculada ao mundo dos vivos e mortos, baseados nos princípios que regem os valores religiosos essenciais do referido grupo étnico, a partir dos seus costumes, rituais e tradição. Neste sentido, a referida etnia acredita no ritual dos seus antepassados que é muito fundamental na tradição, os símbolos rituais e gestos mágicos que inclui os princípios éticos, valores morais e culturais que a própria etnia faz como forma de cumprir o ritual aos ancestrais. Para tal, o trabalho objetivou-se em compreender e problematizar o ritual de Pena e a relação entre o mundo dos vivos e dos mortos a partir da etnia Mancanhe. E a metodologia usada foi de abordagem qualitativa utilizando a plataforma Google académico

  • Abstract: This work proposes an approach to the religious and cultural organization of the Mancanhe ethnic group in Guinea-Bissau. The proposal of the work is to contextualize what the process of organizing the religious ritual called “penalty”, linked to the world of the living and the dead, would be like, based on the principles tha govern the the essential religious values of the aforementioned ethnic group, based on their custos, rituals and tradition. In this sense, the aforementioned ethnic group believes in the ritual of their ancestors, which is very fundamental in the tradition, the ritual symbols and magical gestores that include the ethical principles, moral and cultural values that the ethnic group itself mkes as a way of fulfilling the ritual to the ancestors. To this end the work aimed to understand problematize the pena ritual and the relationship between the world of the living and the dead from Mancanhe ethinic group. And the methodology used was a qualitative approach using the Google Scholar platform.
