Abstract: Pediatric dermatological surgery represents a challenging field of medicine, requiring specialized approaches due to the unique anatomical and physiological differences in children. This article discusses the most common surgeries in this age group, focusing on techniques, indications, and complications. Surgeries range from removal of nevi and cysts to more complex interventions in conditions like hemangiomas. Complications addressed include scarring, infections, and lesion recurrence. Effective management of these complications, along with careful consideration of the psychological well-being of children, is crucial for surgical success.
