PEDAGOGIA SISTÊMICA: UMA NOVA PERSPECTIVA PARA A EDUCAÇÃO
O presente artigo trata de uma revisão bibliográfica, com a apresentação dos elementos que fundamentam a Pedagogia Sistêmica, e que inicialmente estruturaram a técnica terapêutica da Constelação Familiar, desenvolvida por Bert Hellinger. O principal objetivo deste, foi possibilitar de forma sucinta e de fácil compreensão, a apresentação dos aspectos esseciais do método. Ao desenvolver o estudo, foi possível verificar que a visão sistêmica aplicada ao contexto escolar, dependendo da disponibilidade emocional interna de cada um dos que integram tal sistema, (sobretudo do docente), pode vir a modificar algumas situações no ambiente escolar, com a alteração e melhora das relações pessoais, o que consequentemente, permite um desenvolvimento pedagógico mais fluído, harmônico e qualitativo. Trazendo breves definições da teoria geral dos sistemas, do fenômeno da ressonância mórfica, das ordens do amor, do desenvolvimento dos esquemas assimilativos de aprendizagem e da importância da afetividade neste processo, propõe-se uma nova metodologia que tem como princípio o desenvolvimento do respeito, da inclusão, e da humanização, finalizando com a definição do método da Pedagogia Sistêmica e na apresentação de algumas ferramentas sistêmicas, que podem modificar os processos educacionais.

Abstract:
This article deals with a bibliographic review, with the presentation of the elements that underlie Systemic Pedagogy, and that initially structured the therapeutic technique of Family Constellation, developed by Bert Hellinger. Its main objective was to make it possible to present the essential aspects of the method in a succinct and easy to understand manner. When developing the study, it was possible to verify that the systemic view applied to the school context, depending on the internal emotional availability of each one of those who integrate this system, (especially the teacher), may change some situations in the school environment, with the and improvement of personal relationships, which consequently allows for a more fluid, harmonious and qualitative pedagogical development. Bringing brief definitions of the general theory of systems, the phenomenon of morphic resonance, the orders of love, the development of assimilative learning schemes and the importance of affectivity in this process, a new methodology is proposed, based on the development of respect, inclusion, and humanization, ending with the definition of the Systemic Pedagogy method and the presentation of some systemic tools, which can modify educational processes.
