PAZ E SUSTENTABILIDADE NAS PRÁTICAS EDUCATIVAS
Este artigo visa refletir sobre o tema da cultura da paz e a sustentabilidade. Para a realização deste trabalho, usamos a pesquisa bibliográfica de autores que possam vir a contribuir na prática educativa, trazendo um breve referencial teórico acerca dos temas. Vive-se em uma sociedade complexa e tecnológica, na qual cada vez mais os valores de convivência como respeito, diálogo, educação, ética, solidariedade e cooperação estão sendo deixados de lado, afetando as relações sociais e assim apresentando reflexos diretamente na escola. Diante disso, é necessária uma reflexão acerca do educar para a paz envolvendo, e ao mesmo tempo inseri-la nas discussões sobre sustentabilidade, pois são duas faces de uma mesma questão, as injustiças sociais. Pensar no ser humano capaz de transformar a sua postura frente à sociedade capitalista, onde ressalta-se mais o ter do que o ser, e então adotar atitudes conscientes, valorizando mais a solidariedade e o cuidar do próximo, bem como a si mesmo. Considerando a necessidade de conceituar as duas correntes da sustentabilidade, a cultura da paz e a educação transformadora, como perspectiva de construção de uma escola eficaz baseada em valores humanos e sustentáveis perante a sociedade.

Abstract:
This article aims to reflect on the theme of the culture of peace and sustainability. For the accomplishment of this work, we use the bibliographic research of authors that can contribute to the educational practice, bringing a brief theoretical reference about the themes. We live in a complex and technological society, in which the values of coexistence such as respect, dialogue, education, ethics, solidarity and cooperation are increasingly being neglected, affecting social relations and thus showing reflections directly at school. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on educating for peace involving, and at the same time inserting it in discussions about sustainability, as they are two sides of the same issue, social injustices. Think about the human being capable of transforming his / her posture towards capitalist society, where having more than being is emphasized, and then adopting conscious attitudes, valuing solidarity and caring for others, as well as oneself. Considering the need to conceptualize the two currents of sustainability, the culture of peace and transformative education, as a perspective of building an effective school based on human and sustainable values before society.
