PATRIMÔNIO SUSTENTÁVEL: UM ENSAIO PROPOSITIVO
Partindo de preocupações com espaços de patrimônio arquitetônico e urbanístico em centros de cidades contemporâneas e frente à problemática da insuficiência de ações efetivas para a sua preservação no país, o objetivo geral da pesquisa consiste em sistematizar proposições de agenciamento espacial, relacionadas com soluções de sustentabilidade patrimonial e de capacidade inovadora. Adotando o setor histórico de Curitiba, Paraná, como estudo de caso, a investigação, com estrutura multimétodos, natureza exploratória, abordagem qualitativa e feição aplicada, foi desenvolvida em três fases principais. Na primeira – voltada ao conhecimento do local, são descritas características da área específica de análise, enquanto na segunda – dirigida à fundamentação da teoria, são discutidos conceitos pertinentes à temática. Por sua vez, na terceira – direcionada à elaboração da proposta, são apresentados procedimentos de organização espacial, bem como suas relações tanto com indicativos de desenvolvimento sustentável e sustentado, quanto com possibilidades de inovação frugal e tecnológica.

Abstract:
Based on concerns about spaces of architectural and urban heritage in contemporary city centers and facing the problem of insufficient effective actions for their preservation in the country, the general objective of the research is to systematize propositions for spatial agency, related to solutions for heritage sustainability and innovative capacity. Adopting the historical sector of Curitiba, Paraná, as a case study, the investigation, with a multi-method structure, exploratory nature, qualitative approach and applied feature, was developed in three main phases. In the first - focused on the knowledge of the place, characteristics of the specific area of analysis are described, while in the second - directed to the foundation of the theory, concepts relevant to the theme are discussed. In turn, in the third - directed to the elaboration of the proposal, spatial organization procedures are presented, as well as their relations both with indications of sustainable and sustained development, and with possibilities for frugal and technological innovation.
