PATOLOGIA EM PAVIMENTOS INTERTRAVADOS: FABRICAÇÃO E ASSENTAMENTO
Baseado em uma pesquisa de
campo, o estudo explana as irregularidades no
processo de fabricação e execução do pavimento
intertravado, justificando as imperfeições que
surgem aos mesmos e o motivo de não cumprir
sua função de ser durável e resistente. O
trabalho mostra e explica o porquê da aparição
de manifestações patológicas no pavimento
intertravado, definindo ações que sejam
capazes de diminuir ou resolver os problemas
encontrados. Nas visitas técnicas realizadas
para respaldar o trabalho, que compreende da
estocagem da matéria-prima até a fabricação
do produto final aplicado, no caso, o pavimento
assentado pronto para o uso, constatou-se que
as anomalias ocorrem por suscetíveis erros em
todas as etapas da confecção desse tipo de
pavimento. O trabalho apresenta as principais
manifestações patológicas que acometem tanto
as unidades dos blocos como o pavimento de
uma forma geral, de cunho estrutural e estético,
e sugere para essas inconformidades suas
respectivas soluções, tendo como principais
sugestões o controle de água na mistura do
concreto, o emprego de uma matéria-prima
livre de impurezas, método de cura mais eficaz,
respeitar a espessura da base e tipo de areia
estabelecido por norma no assentamento e
rejuntamento dos blocos.

Abstract:
Based on a field research, the
study explains the irregularities in the process
of fabrication and execution of the interlocked
pavement, justifying the imperfections that
appear to the same and the reason of not fulfilling
its function of being durable and resistant. The
work shows and explains the reason for the
appearance of pathological manifestations in
the interlocked pavement, defining actions that
are capable of reducing or solving the problems
encountered. In the technical visits carried out
to support the work, which comprises from the
storage of the material for the manufacture to
the final product in case the pavement set up
ready for the use, it was verified the anomalies occur for susceptible errors that occur
in all the steps of the making of this type Of pavement. The work presents the main
pathological manifestations that affect both the units of the blocks and the pavement
in a general way, structure and aesthetic, and suggests for these nonconformity their
respective solutions, having as main suggestions the control of water in the mixture of
concrete, Have a raw material free of impurities, more effective curing method, respect
base thickness and sand typing established by standard in the laying and grouting of
blocks.
