PATERNIDADE EM SPOTS: CAMINHOS PARA O RECONHECIMENTO E REGISTRO
A proposta desta pesquisa pauta-se sobre a busca de mulheres pela realização de exames de DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) em vista ao reconhecimento de paternidade e a divulgação deste direito através de spots. Apesar de se constituir uma tecnologia capaz de efetivar um direito, o reconhecimento de paternidade, suas implicações e sua importância para o desenvolvimento da saúde ainda carece de profunda compreensão por parte dos profissionais inseridos no sistema de saúde e da população em geral, assim levanta-se os seguintes questionamentos: qual a dificuldade do registro de paternidade no Brasil? O que ocasiona a baixa adesão de pais ao registro do nascimento de seus filhos? Que instrumentos facilitariam a informação para o aumento dos registros de paternidade? Para responder a esses questionamentos, foi definido como objetivo principal criar spots e com orientações sobre o registro de paternidade para uso dos profissionais e mães. Para atingir esse objetivo, foram definidos os objetivos específicos: identificar as necessidades das e mães que buscam pelo reconhecimento paterno e as lacunas na literatura sobre o processo de registro da paternidade; elaborar spots e de orientação para o processo de registro de paternidade; e validar o conteúdo informativo e a qualidade da gravação junto aos juízes. Se trata de um estudo metodológico realizado em Sobral, de maio a junho de 2021, e teve como base um levantamento bibliográfico e 5 fases, sendo elas: sistematização do conteúdo, escolha das temáticas de gravação, composição do conteúdo, seleção dos juízes e validação do conteúdo. Como resultados, o levantamento bibliográfico demonstrou a importância do tema, fundamentando-o, e os spots e criados foram tidos como válidos pelos juízes especialistas, atingindo IVC satisfatório.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is about of the search for women to carry out DNA tests (deoxyribonucleic acid) looking for the recognition of paternity and the dissemination of this right through spots. Despite constituting a technology capable of enforcing a right, the acknowledgment of paternity, its implications and its importance for the development of health still lacks a deep understanding on the part of professionals working in the health system and the population in general, thus raising if the following questions: what is the difficulty of registering paternity in Brazil? What causes the low adherence of parents to register their children's births? What instruments would facilitate information for increasing paternity records? To answer these questions, the main objective was to create spots with guidelines on paternity registration for use by professionals and mothers. To achieve this objective, specific objectives were defined: to identify the needs of mothers who seek paternal recognition and gaps in the literature on the paternity registration process; create spots and guidelines for the paternity registration process; and validate the informative content and quality of the recording with the judges. This is a methodological study carried out in Sobral, from May to June 2021, and was based on a bibliographic survey and 5 phases, namely: content systematization, choice of recording themes, content composition, selection of judges and validation of the content. As a result, the bibliographic survey demonstrated the importance of the theme, substantiating it, and the spots and created were considered valid by the expert judges, reaching a satisfactory CVI.
