PARTO DOMICILIAR PLANEJADO: FENOMENOLOGIA HEIDEGGERIANA COMO POSSIBILIDADE PARA O CUIDADO DA ENFERMAGEM OBSTÉTRICA
Objetivo: Compreender os
significados de mulheres na vivência do parto
domiciliar planejado. Método: Pesquisa
qualitativa com abordagem fenomenológica,
alicerçada no referencial metodológico
e filosófico de Martin Heidegger. Foram
participantes nove mulheres em entrevista
fenomenológica norteada pela questão: “Como
foi para você vivenciar o parto domiciliar?”. Os
encontros ocorreram em uma cidade mineira,
nos meses de setembro/2016 a março/2017.
Resultado: Da análise compreensiva emergiram
as Unidades de Significação, que tornou
possível compreender que a escolha pelo parto
domiciliar planejado se deu a partir da busca
pela não violência no parto hospitalar e que
esta experiência foi positiva. A interpretação dos
sentidos desvelados destacou a autenticidade,
pois se viram como um ser na possibilidade de
parir por terem autonomia de escolha durante
todo o processo do parto. Ao significar sentirse forte e capaz de fazer qualquer coisa, foi
desvelado a impropriedade evidenciando não
acreditarem que eram fortes antes do parto
domiciliar planejado. A preocupação da equipe
que assistiu o parto, evidenciou o modo sercom a mulher no parto, em que na co-presença
foram uma co-existência de apoio as auxiliando
para um poder-ser diante das possibilidades.
Considerações Finais: Na fenomenologia
Heideggeriana é possível contemplar a mulher
que vivencia o parto domiciliar planejado na sua
dimensão ontológica. Ao buscar compreender
o sentido do ser por meio da compreensão
dos significados e desvelamento dos sentidos,
o método permite conhecer a subjetividade e
as reais necessidades das mulheres no processo de parto, possibilitando ações a
assistência obstétrica para que seja uma experiência positiva e humana.

Abstract:
Objective: To understand the meanings of women in the planned home
birth experience. Method: Qualitative research with phenomenological approach, based
on the methodological and philosophical reference of Martin Heidegger. Participants
were nine women in a phenomenological interview guided by the question: “How was
it for you to experience home birth?”. The meetings took place in a mining town, from
September / 2016 to March / 2017.
Results: From the comprehensive analysis emerged the Units of Significance, which
made it possible to understand that the choice for planned home delivery was based
on the search for nonviolence in hospital delivery and that this experience was positive.
The interpretation of the senses unveiled highlighted the authenticity, because they saw
themselves as a being in the possibility of giving birth because they have autonomy of
choice throughout the process of childbirth. When it meant feeling strong and able to do
anything, it was revealed the impropriety evidencing not believing that they were strong
before the planned home birth. The concern of the team that attended the delivery,
showed the way to be-with the woman in childbirth, in which in the co-presence were
a co-existence of support helping them to a power-being before the possibilities. Final
Considerations: In the Heideggerian phenomenology it is possible to contemplate
the woman who experiences the planned home birth in its ontological dimension. In
seeking to understand the meaning of being through the understanding of meanings
and unveiling of the senses, the method allows to know the subjectivity and the real
needs of the women in the process of childbirth, making possible the actions obstetric
assistance so that it is a positive and human experience.
