PARTO DOMICILIAR: BENEFÍCIOS E DESAFIOS DE UMA ASSISTÊNCIA HUMANIZADA
Com o avanço das tecnologias,
implicou em mudanças no que se refere às
práticas para realização de um parto, uma vez
que a atuação das parteiras, nos domicílios, foi
sendo, gradativamente, no decorrer do tempo,
substituídas por profissionais de saúde. O
presente estudo tem, portanto, como objetivo
refletir sobre os benefícios do parto normal,
realizado no próprio domicílio da parturiente.
Em relação aos aspectos metodológicos, tratase de pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, visto
que enfoca as percepções, as concepções,
a subjetividade dos sujeitos acerca de uma
determinada temática. Os documentos
selecionados para integrar o corpus de análise
desta investigação consistem em vídeos, que
trazem relatos de experiências de mulheres
que já vivenciaram o parto humanizado
realizado em domicílio, que também contam
com a participação de enfermeiros, sociólogos,
médicos e doulas emitindo sua opinião quanto
a essa temática. Esses documentários, por sua
vez, foram selecionados no sitio Youtube. Sendo
assim, foram estabelecidos alguns critérios
para identificar quais documentários deveriam
ser analisados: ser um vídeo documentário de
origem brasileira, em português, que estivesse
disponível na íntegra. Foi selecionado então,
um documentário que, para a análise dos
dados, foi realizado um diálogo entre os trechos
ressaltados no documentário selecionado e os
teóricos que tratam acerca da temática estudada.
Assim, este estudo, a partir da análise do vídeodocumentário intitulado O renascimento do
parto, buscou construir reflexões que tratam da
complexidade do parto, desde o seu significado
e o sentimento das parturientes diante a sua
experiência de trazer um novo ser ao mundo

Abstract:
With the advancement of
technologies, it implied changes in the practices
for performing a delivery, since the performance
of midwives in the home was gradually replaced by health professionals in the course of time. The aim of the present study is therefore
to reflect on the benefits of normal birth, performed in the home of the parturient.
Regarding the methodological aspects, it is a qualitative research, since it focuses the
perceptions, the conceptions, the subjectivity of the subjects about a certain theme.
The documents selected to integrate the corpus of analysis of this investigation consist
of videos, which bring reports of experiences of women who have already experienced
humanized labor performed at home, who also count on the participation of nurses,
sociologists, doctors and doulas expressing their opinion on to this theme. These
documentaries, in turn, were selected on the Youtube site. Thus, some criteria were
established to identify which documentaries should be analyzed: to be a documentary
video of Brazilian origin, in Portuguese, that was available in its entirety. A documentary
was then selected which, for the analysis of the data, was a dialogue between the
sections highlighted in the selected documentary and the theorists who deal with the
subject studied. Thus, this study, based on the analysis of the video documentary
entitled The Rebirth of Childbirth, sought to construct reflections that deal with the
complexity of childbirth, from its meaning and the feelings of the parturients before their
experience of bringing a new being to the world.
