PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS NO STF EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: JUDICIALIZAÇÃO DA POLÍTICA E DIÁLOGOS INSTITUCIONAIS
Os Partidos Políticos impulsionaram a judicialização da política em temas sensíveis no STF nos últimos meses, superando o acionamento promovido pelos demais legitimados via controle concentrado de constitucionalidade. A dialógica institucional controversa entre o Legislativo e o Executivo em tempos de crise colocou nas mãos do STF as decisões políticas mais relevantes do país. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo analisará o fenômeno no período de março a agosto de 2020, seis meses após o início da pandemia que devastou o Brasil e acelerou o fenômeno institucional em questão.

Abstract:
The Political Parties have promoted the judicialization of politics on sensitive issues in the Supreme Court in recent months, overcoming the action promoted by the others legitimized. The controversial institutional dialog between the Legislative and the Executive in times of crisis placed the most relevant political decisions in the country in the hands of the STF. In this sense, the present study will analyze the phenomenon from March to August 2020, six months after the beginning of the pandemic that devastated Brazil and accelerated the institutional phenomenon in question.
