PARTICIPAÇÃO JUVENIL E DESENVOLVIMENTO TERRITORIAL: PRÁTICAS E APRENDIZAGENS NO FÓRUM DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE JUVENTUDE DA BAIXADA MARANHENSE
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as práticas e aprendizagem da juventude do território Campos e Lagos, que estão organizadas no Fórum de Políticas Públicas de Juventude da Baixada Maranhense. A Política de Desenvolvimento Territorial tem se destacado na possibilidade de articular as diversas dimensões do desenvolvimento – crescimento e dinamização econômica, preservação ambiental e cultural, inclusão e igualdade de oportunidades de gênero, raça e etnia, gerações e aperfeiçoamento da participação democrática. Esses fatores visam incluir os diversos segmentos sociais presentes nos territórios, principalmente aqueles que historicamente foram excluídos, como negros, mulheres, jovens e portadores de necessidades especiais. Nessa perspectiva o Fórum de Políticas Públicas cumpre o papel de tornar a juventude desse território participativa e atuante nas diversas dimensões do desenvolvimento.

Abstract:
The present work aims to analyze the practices and learning of the youth of Campos and Lagos / MA, which are organized in the Forum of Public Policies of Youth of the Baixada Maranhense. The Territorial Development Policy has stood out in the possibility of articulating the various dimensions of development – economic growth and dynamization, environmental and cultural preservation, inclusion and equal opportunities for gender, race and ethnicity, generations and improvement of democratic participation. These factors aim to include the various social segments present in the territories, especially those that have been historically excluded, such as blacks, women, young people and people with special needs. From this perspective, the Public Policy Forum fulfills the role of making the youth of this territory participatory and active in the various dimensions of development.
