Abstract: Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) is a crop that has been widely cultivated in the state of Mato Grosso due to its adaptation to tropical climate conditions. However, the cultivation of this vegetable crop in a semi-hydroponic system requires studies, mainly in relation to the application of the nutrient solution in order to provide the best performance of the plants. Therefore, the objective of this research was to evaluate the growth and productivity of radish depending on the split application of nutrient solution in a semi-hydroponic system. The research was carried out in the rural property Hidroponia Ouro Verde, in Água Boa, Mato Grosso. The experimental design was completely randomized, with four treatments and six replications. The treatments consisted of splitting the application of nutrient solution, being: T1. Fertigation three times a day with 130 ml of solution; T2. Fertigation twice a day with 195 ml of solution; T3. Fertigation once a day with 390 ml of solution; T4. Witness (water only). The number of leaves, plant height, green shoot biomass, dry shoot biomass, root biomass and radish root productivity were evaluated. The application of the nutrient solution should be divided into two or three times a day to increase the growth and productivity of radishes in a semi-hydroponic system.
