PARÂMETROS DE SUSTENTABILIDADE NA ARQUITETURA DO EDIFÍCIO DE PONTO DE VENDAS COMERCIAL: UM ESTUDO DE CASO
O presente artigo tem como premissa a análise da aplicação dos critérios de sustentabilidade no processo de gerenciamento de projeto e construção dos edifícios, pelo estudo de um edifício de ponto de venda comercial. O uso de tais critérios no planejamento e execução das construções se faz necessário frente às demandas atuais por um desenvolvimento sustentável entendido aqui em todas as suas dimensões: 1. Social; 2. Cultural; 3. Ecológica; 4. Ambiental; 5. Territorial; 6. Econômica; 7. Política - Nacional e Internacional. Os procedimentos metodológicos envolveram pesquisa documental, mediante fontes primárias e secundárias, em visitas ao edifício, no cadastro de projeto junto à entidade certificadora do projeto e da obra e em documentos obtidos junto à rede varejista e às empresas contratadas para desenvolvimento dos projetos, construção do edifício e gerenciamento de projetos e obras. Os resultados apontam que é possível utilizar os sistemas de certificação de edifícios como ferramenta de apoio das decisões conforme as premissas sustentáveis.

Abstract:
This article is premised on the analysis of the application of sustainability criteria in the buildings design and construction management process, through the study of retail building. The use of such criteria in the constructions planning and execution is necessary given the current demands for sustainable development, understood here in all its dimensions: 1. Social; 2. Cultural; 3. Ecological; 4. Environmental; 5. Territorial; 6. Economic; 7. Politics - National and International. Considering that construction business has a potential impact on the environment and society. The methodological procedures involved documental research, through primary and secondary sources, in building visits, in the project registration with the project and work certifying entity and in documents obtained from the retail company and the developers of the projects, building construction and, design and construction management. The results indicate that it is possible to use building certification systems as a tool to support decisions according to sustainable assumptions.
