PARADIGMA INTERPRETATIVISTA NOS ESTUDOS ORGANIZACIONAIS
As ciências sociais são um campo de pesquisa pluridisciplinar caracterizado por diversas disciplinas que formam domínios especializados e isolados, sendo que várias teorias podem ser utilizadas na teoria das organizações. Algumas perspectivas epistemológicas, no entanto, surgem dentro deste campo e não se enquadram em um único posicionamento. O objetivo deste artigo é discorrer sobre o paradigma interpretativista e sua utilização nos estudos organizacionais. Partindo de uma ontologia anti-fundamentalista que considera a construção social e discursiva da realidade, o paradigma interpretativista utiliza a visão dos atores sobre o mundo para estudar a realidade em um caráter de dupla-hermenêutica em que o pesquisador interpreta a interpretação dos atores. A realidade, portanto, é estudada pela interpretação e não por sua explicação, em um caráter em que sujeito e objeto são interdependentes criando um conhecimento subjetivo dentro de um contexto em particular. Assim, estudos interpretativista possibilitam a compreensão da linguagem que irá formar a realidade social, incluindo jogos de linguagem, subjetividade, ambiguidade, multiplicidade, dinamismo e contexto.

Abstract:
Social sciences are a multidisciplinary research field characterized by several disciplines that form specialized and isolated domains which several theories are be used in organizational theory. Some epistemological perspectives, however, arise within this field and do not fit into a single positioning. The purpose of this article is to discuss the interpretative paradigm and its use in organizational studies. Starting from an anti-fundamentalist ontology that considers the social and discursive construction of reality, the interpretative paradigm uses the actors 'view of the world to study reality in a double-hermeneutic character in which the researcher interprets the actors' interpretation. Reality, therefore, is studied by interpretation and not by its explanation, in a character in which subject and object are interdependent creating subjective knowledge within a particular context. Thus, interpretative studies allow the understanding of language that will form social reality, including language games, subjectivity, ambiguity, multiplicity, dynamism and context.
