PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NO PERIOPERATÓRIO EM TRANSPLANTE DE PULMÃO INTERVIVOS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
RESUMO
O transplante de pulmão intervivos é uma alternativa terapêutica segura e eficaz no tratamento, determinando melhoria na qualidade e na perspectiva de vida. O papel da enfermagem no centro cirúrgico é de suma importância para o sucesso do transplante e por este motivo objetivou-se relatar o papel do enfermeiro no perioperatório. Constitui-se de um relato de experiência no qual descrevem-se as principais atividades do enfermeiro no perioperatório no transplante de pulmão intervivos. Como resultado encontrou-se que muitas são as funções que cabem ao enfermeiro no perioperatório desde a parte burocrática, organização do setor até a funcionalidade e esclarecimentos/orientações gerais para o doador, o receptor e para os acompanhantes. O primeiro papel do enfermeiro neste procedimento é assegurar a segurança do doador e receptor garantindo que o procedimento seja realizado conforme o planejado, atendendo aos cinco certos: paciente, procedimento, lateralidade (lado a ser operado), posicionamento e equipamentos. Por ser um procedimento de alta complexidade é importante destacar algumas atividades relevantes para o sucesso do transplante desde a retirada até o implante do órgão: reservar UTI, preparar o doador e receptor, monitorizar ambos os pacientes depois de anestesiados, posicionar corretamente, alocar a equipe de enfermagem, prever e prover materiais e equipamentos, comunicar o laboratório e banco de sangue do início da cirurgia. Também faz parte do trabalho do enfermeiro a organização de documentos e a evolução dos pacientes. Considera-se de fundamental importância o papel do enfermeiro, atuando muitas vezes não só como cuidador, mas também como psicólogo, justamente naquele momento em que o paciente está apreensivo no bloco cirúrgico, aguardando pelo transplante, seja como receptor na expectativa de ver solucionado um problema que lhe afeta há anos, seja como doador consciente de que lhe será tirado um pedaço do corpo, mesmo que seja para proporcionar a cura de alguém que lhe é estimado.

ABSTRACT
Living lung transplantation is a safe and effective therapeutic alternative for treatment, improving the quality and perspective of life. The role of nursing in the operating room is of paramount importance for the success of transplantation and, for this reason, the objective was to report the role of nurses in the perioperative period. It consists of an experience report in which the main activities of nurses in the perioperative period in living lung transplantation are described. As a result, it was found that there are many functions that are incumbent on the nurse in the perioperative period, from the bureaucratic part, organization of the sector to functionality and general clarifications/guidelines for the donor, the recipient and for the caregivers. The nurse's first role in this procedure is to ensure the safety of the donor and recipient, ensuring that the procedure is carried out as planned, meeting the five rights: patient, procedure, laterality (side to be operated), positioning and equipment. As it is a highly complex procedure, it is important to highlight some activities relevant to the success of the transplant, from the removal to the implantation of the organ: reserve the ICU, prepare the donor and recipient, monitor both patients after anesthesia, position correctly, allocate the team of nursing, foreseeing and providing materials and equipment, informing the laboratory and blood bank of the beginning of the surgery. The organization of documents and the evolution of patients is also part of the nurse's work. The role of the nurse is considered of fundamental importance, often acting not only as a caregiver, but also as a psychologist, precisely at that moment when the patient is apprehensive in the operating room, waiting for the transplant, or as a recipient expecting to see a solution resolved. a problem that has affected you for years, whether as a donor aware that a part of your body will be taken from you, even if it is to provide the cure for someone you care about. -
