PAPÉIS E DESAFIOS DE MULHERES CIENTISTAS NO EMPREENDEDORISMO BRASILEIRO
Este trabalho busca analisar por
meio de dados obtidos na literatura, domínios
especializados na internet, além da vivência
universitária e feminina, alguns fatores que
ainda contribuem para a pouca presença de
mulheres cientistas, - sobretudo na área do
empreendedorismo - no Brasil. Além disso,
foi feito um paralelo a uma área ainda pouco
conhecida de atuação científica: a Biotecnologia,
cuja regularização da formação (PL 3747/2015)
encontra-se em trâmite no Legislativo do país.
Alguns perfis e perspectivas para a área de
atuação foram traçados, a fim de mostrar
uma problemática, mas também estimular a
presença de mais mulheres em todos os setores
aqui apresentados.

Abstract:
This work analyses through data
obtained in literature, specialized domains in
the internet, besides university and female
experience, some factors that still contribute
for the low presence of women in science -
especially on entrepreneurship area- in Brazil.
Furthermore, there will be a parallel to an area still
little known for scientific activity: Biotechnology,
whose regularization of academic formation
(PL 3747/2015) is under way in the country’s
legislature. Some profiles and perspectives for
an area of action were drawn, in order to show a
problematic, but also to stimulate the presence
of women in all the sectors presented here.
