PANORAMA GERAL DA PESQUISA “VIOLAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS E BULLYING NO CONTEXTO ESCOLAR” DO GRUPO DE PESQUISA EM HUMANIDADES E SOCIEDADE CONTEMPORANEA DO IFMT
O fenômeno bullying no contexto
escolar, definido como Intimidação Sistemática
pela Lei 13.185, de 6 de dezembro de
2015, que institui o Programa de Combate à
Intimidação Sistemática vem sendo objeto de
estudos do Grupo de Pesquisa Humanidades
e Sociedade Contemporânea do Instituto
Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia
de Mato Grosso (GPHSC - IFMT), grupo de
pesquisa cadastrado no Conselho Nacional
de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico
(CNPQ) sob a liderança da Professora Doutora
Raquel Martins Fernandes, desenvolve um
amplo projeto de investigação, aprovado pelo
Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (Número do
Parecer: 1.773.781), sob o título de “Violação
dos Direitos Humanos e Bullying no contexto
escolar: diagnóstico e proposta de intervenção
com base no empoderamento dos alunos”. O
objetivo da pesquisa é refletir e compreender
este fenômeno e suas implicações no processo
de ensino-aprendizagem dos sujeitos envolvidos
e especificamente deste trabalho, mostrar um
panorama geral em percentuais, dos tipos de
bullying que ocorreu em 7 (sete) instituições
pesquisadas. A pesquisa é de natureza básica,
de levantamento, explicatória e descritiva com
abordagem qualitativa e as técnicas de coleta
de dados utilizadas foram questionário com
questões abertas e fechadas e entrevista.

Abstract:
The bullying phenomenon in
the school context, defined as Systematic
Intimidation by Law 13,185 of December 6,
2015, which institutes the Program to Combat
Systematic Intimidation has been the subject of
studies by the Humanities and Contemporary
Society Research Group of the Federal Institute
of Education, Mato Grosso Science and
Technology (GPHSC - IFMT), a research group
registered with the National Council for Scientific
and Technological Development (CNPQ) under
the leadership of Professor Raquel Martins
Fernandes, develops a broad research project,
approved by the Ethics Committee. in Research
(Opinion Number: 1,773,781), under the title
“Violation of Human Rights and Bullying in
the School Context: Diagnosis and Proposed
Intervention Based on Student Empowerment”. The aim of the research is to reflect and
understand this phenomenon and its implications in the teaching-learning process of
the subjects involved and specifically of this work, to show an overview in percentages
of the types of bullying that occurred in 7 (seven) researched institutions. The research
is basic in nature, survey, explanatory and descriptive with a qualitative approach
and the data collection techniques used were a questionnaire with open and closed
questions and interview.
