PAISAGISMO RELIGIOSO: PARQUE EM REDE PEDRA DE XANGÔ, UM PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL E GEOLÓGICO PRESENTE NAS TRADIÇÕES AFRODESCENDENTES DA CIDADE DE SALVADOR-BA
Este trabalho apresenta uma
proposta de metodologia voltada para o
paisagismo religioso afro-brasileiro, e mais,
especificamente, para a criação do Parque
em Rede Pedra de Xangô localizado na subbacia
do Ribeirão Itapuã, pertencente à bacia
hidrográfica do Rio Ipitanga, no município
de Salvador no estado da Bahia. A Pedra de
Xangô é considerada um lugar sagrado, e neste
espaço, atualmente, ocorrem e se concentram
diversas manifestações religiosas do povo
de santo. Em um primeiro momento, será
abordado o conceito de paisagismo cultural,
e em seguida, uma análise da conexão entre
a espacialidade das comunidades de terreiros
da região de Cajazeiras e adjacências e os
respectivos espaços públicos. Finalmente, serão
apresentadas as propostas e recomendações
que culminaram com a criação da Área de
Proteção Ambiental – APA Municipal Vale do
Assis Valente e a implantação do Parque em
Rede Pedra de Xangô, ambos inseridos no
Plano Diretor de Desenvolvimento Urbano
– PDDU da cidade de Salvador e os seus
desdobramentos: reconhecimento da Pedra
de Xangô como patrimônio cultural da cidade
e patrimônio geológico, ou seja, Geossítio de
relevância nacional, dada a sua importância
científica e cultural, inserido, no Sistema de
Cadastro e Quantificação de Geossítios e Sítios
da Geodiversidade – GEOSSIT do Serviço
Geológico do Brasil – CPRM.

Abstract:
This work presents a proposal
of methodology for afro-brasilian religious
landscape, and more specifically the creation of
the Xangô Stone network park located in the subbasin
of Ribeirão Itapuã, which is part of Ipitanga
river basin, in the county of Salvador in the state
of Bahia. The Xangô Stone is considered a
sacred place and in this space there are several
religious manifestations of the people of saint.
At first, the concept of cultural landscaping
will be approached, and then an analisys will
be made of the connection between the spatiality of the terreiros communities of
Cajazeiras region and their surrounding areas and public spaces. Finally, proposals and
recommendations will be presented, culminating in the creation of the Environmental
Protection Area - APA Municipal Vale do Assis Valente and the implementation of the
Xangô Stone Network Park, both included in the Urban development master plan -
PDDU of the city of Salvador and its consequences: recognition of the Xangô Stone
as a cultural heritage of the city and geological heritage, being a Geosite of national
relevance, given its scientific and cultural importance, inserted in the System of
Cadastre and Quantification of geosites and sites of geodiversity - GEOSSIT of the
geological Survey – CPRM.
