PAISAGEM IDEALIZADA: VALORIZAÇÃO DA PERCEPÇÃO NA CONCEPÇÃO DOS ESPAÇOS

• Abstract: Based on classical works associated with contemporary productions, the study is focused on interpretating solutions to minimize the problem arising from the lack of integrated perspectives in the conception of urban scenarios. From this perspective, its objective is to develop postulates aimed at formulating answers to the question about aspects that enhance the valorization of perception in spatial intervention. Starting from preliminary views on reference concepts and theories, the methodological approaches are based on the review of theoretical-conceptual sources and the reading of design documents for open spaces in the state of Paraná. In this context, examples are examined, on two scales (local and regional) of projects focused on natural and human values, the latter differentiated in socio-historical, sociocultural, and socioeconomic and institutional aspects. The results achieved indicate the possibility of stimulating the environmental apprehension of areas designed by specific landscape management strategies, maximizing the transformation of spaces into territories through options for their social appropriation, and these into places, by offering opportunities for the development of feelings of belonging among the involved communities. The concludings looks reveal the probability of idealizing the urban landscape tied to the valorization of perceptual understanding in the spatial  conception of current and future cities.
