Ouvir a herança musical nos toques de telefone
Vivemos um século de aceleração máxima em que algumas de suas características mais marcantes são a multiplicidade de opções de acesso e o imediatismo. E o património musical não é estranho a tudo isto que, através de múltiplos suportes e plataformas, nos apresentam formas de aceder a tudo o que está disponível. Este trabalho está interessado na música patrimonial que se ouve nos toques do celular. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar, com base nos gostos e utilizações dos utilizadores de telemóveis, qual o seu impacto nos activos através da escolha dos seus tons de chamada. Para desenvolvê-lo, são estudadas duas obras reconhecidas internacionalmente compostas no século XVII e no início do século XX por Bach e Tárrega. É feita uma exploração bibliográfica e uma aproximação através das páginas web para saber a presença dos autores e das obras escolhidas, bem como as versões encontradas. Por fim, é realizado um estudo musical dos tons móveis nas diferentes operadoras de telefonia, analisando suas características e evolução. Assim, estudamos fragmentos da história dos mais ouvidos, como o tom da Nokia, bem como distorções, repetições em loop, aumentos de velocidade ou a criação de híbridos. Este trabalho pode ajudar a compreender o alcance da música cotidiana no século 21 e suas relações com o patrimônio.

Abstract:
We live in a century of maximum acceleration in which some of its most outstanding characteristics are the multitude of access options and immediacy. And the musical heritage is no stranger to all this, which, through multiple media and platforms, present us with ways of accessing everything available. This work is interested in the patrimonial music that is heard in the ringtones of the mobile phone. The objective of this study is to analyze, based on the tastes and uses of mobile phone users, what is their impact on wealth by choosing their ringtones. To develop it, two internationally recognized works composed in the 17th and early 20th centuries by Bach and Tárrega are studied. A bibliographic exploration is carried out and an approximation is carried out through the web pages to find the presence of the authors and the chosen works as well as the versions found. Finally, a musical study of the mobile tones is carried out in the different telephone companies, analyzing their characteristics and evolution. In this way we have studied bits and pieces of the history of the most listened to music such as Nokia's tone, as well as distortions, looped repetitions, speed increases or the creation of hybrids. This work can help to understand the scope of everyday music in the 21st century and its relationships with Heritage.
