Abstract: This study investigated the effect of different pH conditions, temperature, and humic substance supplementation on the mycelial growth and mushroom production of the species Pleurotus djamor and Oudemansiella spp. Combinations of pH (5.0, 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0) and temperature (15 °C, 20 °C, 25 °C, and 30 °C) were tested, with the optimal combination identified as 25 °C and pH 8.0 for P. djamor and 25 °C and pH 7.0 for Oudemansiella spp. Supplementation with humic substances, extracted from vermicompost, had a positive impact on productivity and biological efficiency, with the most notable results at 5 mg/L for P. djamor and 75 mg/L for Oudemansiella spp., surpassing the control treatments. The study concludes that optimizing cultivation conditions and supplementation is essential for increasing competitiveness and productivity in mushroom cultivation, promoting the sustainable use of wild mushrooms in agricultural systems.
