Os sistemas educativos da América Latina no pós pandemia: reflexões acerca das recomendações das Organizações Internacionais
Os anos de 2020 e 2021 entraram para a história como o período marcado pela pandemia de covid-19, com efeitos em todos os setores, e em especial, no setor educativo. Os sistemas educativos dos países da América Latina (AL) já apresentavam, antes da pandemia, a necessidade de combater as desigualdades em matéria de acesso à educação. Nesse contexto, este artigo visou identificar e analisar as recomendações das Organizações Internacionais (OI) no que tange a melhoria dos sistemas educativos da região, possibilitando torná-los mais resilientes após a catástrofe causada pela pandemia de covid-19. Este estudo privilegiou uma abordagem de vertente qualitativa, empregando a técnica de recolha de dados com enfoque no tema educação no pós pandemia na AL e foi sucedida de uma revisão narrativa de literatura, convencional e não sistemática. Relativamente aos documentos analisados, é possível concluir que as OI com a sua expertise no domínio da educação possam exercer um efeito regulador transnacional sobre as políticas educativas dos países da região, ou seja, contribuam para a melhoria dos sistemas educativos no pós-pandemia.

Abstract:
The years 2020 and 2021 went down in history as the period marked by the covid-19 pandemic, with effects in all sectors, and in particular, in the education sector. The education systems of Latin American (LA) countries already had, before the pandemic the need to fight inequalities in terms of access to education. In this context, this article aimed to identify and analyze the recommendations of International Organizations (IO) regarding the improvement of education systems in the region, making it possible to make them more resilient after the catastrophe caused by the covid-19 pandemic. This study favored a qualitative approach, using the data collection technique with a focus on the post-pandemic education theme in LA and was followed by a conventional and non-systematic narrative literature review. Regarding the documents analyzed, it is possible to conclude that IOs with their expertise in the field of education can exert a transnational regulatory effect on the educational policies of the countries in the region, that is, contribute to the improvement of educational systems in the post-pandemic period.
