OS SELOS DE CERTIFICAÇÃO DE SUSTENTABILIDADE PARA EMPREENDIMENTOS DE CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL NO BRASIL
O interesse por certificação sustentável de empreendimentos da construção civil vem crescendo no Brasil. O país conta com sete entidades certificadoras, que aplicam diferentes métodos com distintos critérios de avaliação, abrangendo desde a elaboração do projeto até a pós-ocupação. Quatro das sete correspondem a certificações adaptadas para o mercado nacional a partir de certificações internacionais. Três correspondem a entidades nacionais. Há uma significativa variação entre os tipos e níveis de certificação, considerandose sistemas que referem-se ao uso da água, do consumo de energia elétrica, envoltória do empreendimento etc. Além de ações de sustentabilidade as certificações incentivam a implantação de novas tecnologias na construção civil. Apresenta-se neste capítulo uma discussão sobre os selos que tais organismos emitem, a imagem que se cria junto a empreendedores e usuários e as potencialidades de inovação tecnológica para a construção civil a partir da certificação sustentável.

Abstract:
The recent search for sustainable certification for the developments of civil construction is growing in Brazil, having the country many certifying bodies, each with a methodology and with distinct factors of evaluation. Seven these are bodies that govern since the elaboration of the project up to the occupation. Four are international certifications adapted to the domestic market to foreign certifications, while three are national bodies, ranging from actions of local municipality, through government agencies. Also noteworthy is the variation between the types and levels of certification the national bodies, because there are systems that relate to the use of water, the consumption of electrical energy, Envelope of the venture. Além de ações de sustentabilidade estas certificações contribuem para a implantação de novas tecnologias na construção civil, pois em muitos casos não necessárias adoções de técnicas e materiais inovadores frente aos usuais.
