OS REBATIMENTOS DO PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR (PNAE) COMO PERPECTIVA DE MELHORIAS NAS CONDIÇÕES DE VIDA PARA AS MULHERES DO MEIO RURAL: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DAS MANGABEIRAS DO POVOADO PORTEIRAS EM JAPARATUBA/SE
Este artigo tem como objetivo geral, analisar a importância das políticas públicas para o desenvolvimento da agricultura familiar, e o cooperativismo como forma de organização social e produtiva na agricultura. Diante do objetivo proposto, foram adotados como procedimentos metodológicos uma revisão teórica bibliográfica em artigos, livros e textos complementares e um estudo de caso realizando trabalho de campo com entrevistas. Quanto aos resultados é pertinente elucidar que, a parceria com as cooperativas oferece aos seus participantes melhores condições econômicas e sociais, devido a possibilidade de escoamento dos produtos. Portanto, a atuação das cooperativas neste sentido promove avanços para o desenvolvimento rural apoiado pelo governo assegurando o discurso da melhoria na condição de vida, para subsidiar a permanência dos produtores nas regiões rurais por meio de políticas públicas e evitar o esvaziamento rural.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the importance of public policies for the development of family agriculture, and cooperativism as a form of social and productive organization in agriculture. In view of the proposed objective, a theoretical review of articles, books and complementary texts was used as methodological procedures and a case study was carried out in the field with interviews. Regarding the results, it is pertinent to state that the main characteristic of cooperatives is to offer their participants better economic and social conditions. Therefore, the work of the cooperatives elucidates in this sense their due importance, with the perspective of triggering advances for the rural development supported by the government assuring the discourse of the improvement in the condition of life, o promote the permanence of producers in rural areas through public policies and avoid rural emptying.
