OS POVOS TRADICIONAIS NA AMÉRICA DO SUL: UM ESTUDO DO PANORAMA POLÍTICO NO BRASIL, BOLÍVIA, CHILE E PERÚ
Os povos indígenas estabelecidos em territórios latino-americanos são vítimas constantes de violação de direitos. A forma como se constituiu e o modus operandi do Estado neoliberalista agravam esse cenário, colocando em risco a existência dos povos e a conservação do meio ambiente. Por isso é importante conhecer sobre tais povos, sua relação com a natureza, e qual é o atual cenário de garantia dos seus direitos. Sendo assim, a metodologia adotada é de revisão bibliográfica acompanhada da análise de informações jurídicas e sociais com objetivo de apontar fragilidades e iniciativas na relação entre os indígenas e os Estados em que estão inseridos, sendo aqui observados os países: Brasil, Bolívia, Chile e Peru. A partir das informações analisadas, conclui-se que, apesar dos compromissos assumidos conjuntamente entre os países, a efetividade das garantias ainda é escassa e depende de luta constante para que as previsões constitucionais desses países venham a dar real proteção à vida e ao habitat natural dos povos originários latino-americanos.

Abstract:
Indigenous peoples settled in Latin American territories are constant victims of rights violations. The way in which it was constituted and the modus operandi of the neoliberalist State aggravate this scenario, putting the existence of peoples and the conservation of the environment at risk. That is why it is important to know about these peoples, their relationship with nature, and what is the current scenario of guaranteeing their rights. Therefore, the methodology adopted is a bibliographical review accompanied by the analysis of legal and social information in order to point out weaknesses and initiatives in the relationship between indigenous peoples and the states in which they are inserted, with the following countries being observed: Brazil, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. From the information analyzed, it is concluded that, despite the commitments assumed jointly between the countries, the effectiveness of the guarantees is still scarce and depends on a constant struggle for the constitutional provisions of these countries to give real protection to life and the natural habitat. of native Latin American peoples.
