OS POSSÌVEIS EFEITOS DO ABORTO NA SAÚDE MENTAL DA MULHER BRASILEIRA E O PAPEL DA PSICOLOGIA
Neste artigo tivemos como objetivo geral descrever quais são os possíveis efeitos que o aborto pode causar na saúde mental da mulher e se elas conseguem superar esses efeitos sem o acompanhamento de um Psicólogo. Para tanto, desenvolvemos uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Entre os resultados alcançados pudemos identificar os principais aspectos sociais que causam sofrimento psíquico na mulher que deseja abortar, e também, qual o papel do psicólogo no trabalho a respeito dos possíveis efeitos que o aborto pode causar na saúde mental da mulher brasileira.

Abstract:
In this article we presented as a general objective a description of the possible effects that abortion can cause on the women’s mental and if they can overcome these effects without the support of a Psychologist. To do that, we developed a bibliographic research. Among the results achieved, we were able to identify the main social aspects that cause psychological distress in a woman who wants to have an abortion, and additionally, what is the role of the psychologist at work regarding the possible effects that abortion can cause on the mental health of Brazilian women.
