OS PACTOS SOCIAIS E OS MOVIMENTOS SOCIAIS EM OPOSIÇÃO ÀPERSPECTIVA LIBERAL POR MEIO DA EDUCAÇÃO LIBERTADORA
Para este trabalho foi realizada uma breve análise dos conceitos de Estado e Sociedade por meio dos pactos e lutas sociais, retomando as teorias filosóficas de John Locke e Jean-Jacques Rousseau. O objetivo consistiu em apresentar as concepções que esses dois pensadores disponibilizaram sobre Estado e Sociedade, suas implicações e a relação entre elas na contemporaneidade. Adotou-se uma metodologia com características bem definidas, sendo de natureza propositiva com uma abordagem qualitativa, exploratória e com procedimentos bibliográfico e documental. Tal metodologia permitiu entender os preâmbulos desta relação por meio da análise das obras literárias consultadas. Os resultados evidenciaram uma influência demarcada no pensamento político atual, além disso, apontaram para importância da manutenção e continuidade dessas análises para melhor compreender os preâmbulos dos debates e dos pensamentos inerentes aos aspectos políticos dessas duas filosofias

Abstract:
For this work, a brief analysis of the concepts of State and Society was carried out through pacts and social struggles, resuming the philosophical theories of John Locke and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. The objective was to present the conceptions that these two thinkers made available on State and Society, their implications and the relationship between them in contemporaneity. A methodology with well-defined characteristics was adopted, being of a propositional nature with a qualitative, exploratory approach and with bibliographical and documental procedures. Such methodology allowed us to understand the preambles of this relationship through the analysis of the literary works consulted. The results showed a marked influence on current political thought, and also pointed to the importance of maintaining and continuing these analyses to better understand the preambles of the debates and thoughts inherent in the political aspects of these two philosophies
