OS OBJETIVOS DO DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL DA AGENDA 2030 COMO CONSEQUÊNCIA DA EVOLUÇÃO HISTÓRICA DO CONCEITO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL
O conceito de Desenvolvimento Sustentável foi construído a partir do questionamento sobre os limites da exploração dos recursos naturais, e quais seriam as consequências do crescimento econômico sem considerar os desgastes desses recursos, o que fomentou a discussão internacional sobre o tema e a promoção de diversas Conferências Internacionais pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU). Nesses eventos, foram produzidos diversos documentos, dos quais se destacam especialmente a construção de agendas comuns em prol da qualidade ambiental e manutenção da dignidade humana, como a Agenda 21, os Objetivos do Milênio da ONU, e, mais recentemente, a Agenda 2030, que estabeleceu 17 Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável. O presente estudo tem por objetivo fazer uma evolução histórica do conceito de Sustentabilidade ou Desenvolvimento Sustentável, desde o início dos debates sobre a necessidade de criar um tipo diferente de desenvolvimento, passando pelo surgimento do conceito com o Relatório “Nosso Futuro Comum” ou Relatório Brundtland, até a elaboração de Agendas em prol da efetivação de práticas sustentáveis pelos países. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica de doutrinadores e artigos científicos contemporâneos sobre o tema.

Abstract:
The concept of Sustainable Development was built from the question of the limits and consequences of the exploration of natural resources, and what could be the consequences of the unlimited economic growth, which fostered international discussion on the topic and the promotion of International Conferences by the United Nations (UN). Several documents were produced at these events, highlighting the construction of common agendas for environmental quality and the maintenance of human dignity, such as Agenda 21, the UN Millennium Goals, and, more recently, Agenda 2030, which has set 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This article aims to make a historic evolution of the Sustainable Development concept, since the beginning of the debates about the need to find another way to economic development, with the definition that the Report “Our common Future” or Brundtland Report, until the definition of a Agenda for effectuate Sustainable practices. The methodology was the literature review about the theme.
