A importância atribuída ao caráter

social no currículo escolar, a partir dos textos

da LDB e dos PCNs, exige que a escola

oferte componentes curriculares diversos e

transversais que tratem assuntos primazes

à vida social. A previsão de tais itens agrega

bons valores ao currículo, porém, pode criar

dificuldades à prática docente. Por meio de

análise documental, esta pesquisa analisa a

concepção dos Mestrados Profissionais da

Área de Ensino, bem como produções geradas

nestes, entendendo que estes produtos podem

contribuir no processo de ensino-aprendizagem

ao enfrentar os obstáculos identificados.

Concluímos que as produções geradas

oportunizam ferramentas aos professores em

número expressivo, envolvendo uma ampla

gama de assuntos curriculares, entre estes, os

temas transversais e diversos

Abstract:
The importance attributed to the

social character in the school curriculum, based

on the texts of the LDB and the PCNs, requires

that the school offers diverse and transversal

curricular components that deal with primacy

issues in social life. The prediction of such

items adds good values to the curriculum, but

can create difficulties for the teaching practice.

Through documentary analysis, this research

analyzes the conception of the Professional

Masters of the Teaching Area, as well as the

productions generated in these, understanding

that these products can contribute in the

teaching-learning process when facing the

obstacles identified. We conclude that the

generated productions offer tools to teachers

in expressive numbers, involving a wide range

of curricular subjects, among them, transversal

and diverse subjects.
