OS INSTRUMENTOS DE AVALIAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM E A AVALIAÇÃO FORMATIVA EM EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA
A avaliação da aprendizagem é um
tema relevante no processo ensino-aprendizagem
em educação a distância, e em especial, destacase
na atualidade a avaliação formativa, aquela
na qual a avaliação ocorre de forma contínua e
processual. Diante da complexidade do tema,
e de sua relevância para o processo de ensinoaprendizagem,
faz-se necessário estudar com
mais profundidade as possibilidades de avaliação
da aprendizagem dos ambientes virtuais de
aprendizagem (AVAs). Então, esta pesquisa
teve como objetivos apontar as características
da avaliação formativa descritas na literatura,
identificar quais os recursos dos AVAs são mais
utilizados em avaliação e sua aplicabilidade para
a avaliação formativa. A metodologia utilizada foi
uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de caráter exploratório,
baseada em materiais publicados e disponíveis
na internet ou impressos, no período de 2005 a
2015. Por meio deste estudo, foi possível observar
que, segundo a literatura, a avaliação formativa
é aquela que ocorre no decorrer do processo de
ensino-aprendizagem, promove uma reflexão
sobre este processo, tanto por parte do aluno
quanto do professor. Além disso, ela é informativa,
qualitativa, interativa e dialógica. Os instrumentos
dos AVAs que foram mais citados para uso em
avaliação foram: fórum, questionário, bate-papo
e tarefa. Para todos eles foram identificadas
possibilidades de aplicação em avaliação
formativa, destacando-se principalmente o fórum.

Abstract:
The evaluation of learning is a
relevant topic in the teaching-learning process
in distance education, particularly, it stands out
today the formative evaluation, the one where
the evaluation takes place continuously and in
procedural ways. Given the complexity of the
issue and its relevance to the process of teaching
and learning, it makes necessary to study in
depth all the possibilities of learning evaluation
on virtual learning environments (VLEs). So, this
study aimed to point out the formative evaluation
characteristics described in literature, identify
what resources of VLEs are mostly used in
evaluation and their applicability to formative
evaluation. The methodology was a bibliographical
research, exploratory, based on published materials available online or printed, from 2005
to 2015. Through this study, it was possible to observe that, according to the literature, the
formative evaluation is the one that occurs during the teaching-learning process, promoting
reflections on the process, by both the student and the teacher. Moreover, it is informative,
qualitative, interactive and dialogical. The instruments of VLEs that were most cited for
use in evaluation were: forum, quiz, chat and assignment. Application possibilities were
identified for all of them in formative evaluation, highlighting mainly the forum.
