OS IMPACTOS DO PIBID NO PROCESSO DE FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DOS BOLSISTAS ID DO IF BAIANO – CAMPUS SANTA INÊS
O subprojeto do PIBID de Geografia/
IF Baiano objetiva elevar a qualidade da
formação inicial dos estudantes na Licenciatura,
promovendo a integração entre o Ensino
Superior e a Educação Básica, com ações
reflexivas e teórico-práticas que assegurem
uma base sólida para a construção da prática
docente, sintonizada com as problemáticas
atuais do ensino de Geografia. Neste trabalho,
foram realizadas, num período de 02 (dois)
meses, análises de algumas estratégias
metodológicas do ensino de Geografia. No
início do projeto, os bolsistas do PIBID fizeram
um planejamento das ações que seriam
desenvolvidas, e cada bolsista pensou uma
temática para ser trabalhada com os alunos
da escola regular. Elaborado o planejamento,
cumpriram-se a observação e a sondagem
em sala para checarem-se as dificuldades dos
alunos. A partir disso, tanto os bolsistas como
o professor-supervisor definiram o trabalho que
assistiu os alunos em sala de aula. As atividades
realizadas pelo PIBID na escola vêm mostrando
bons resultados, tanto no aprendizado dos
alunos como no desenvolvimento dos bolsistas.
Quanto aos alunos, estes participam das
atividades propostas e assimilam o conteúdo
ministrado; de modo geral, é possível ver a
evolução deles. Diante dos objetivos propostos
e resultados obtidos, percebe-se que o PIBID
consegue formar professores para a Educação
Básica Pública com boa qualidade, graças às
experiências adquiridas em sala de aula que
proporcionam aos bolsistas uma reflexão sobre
sua prática docente.

Abstract:
The Geography / IF Baiano
PIBID subproject aims to raise the quality of
students’ initial training in the Degree, promoting
integration between Higher Education and
Basic Education, with reflexive and theoreticalpractical actions that ensure a solid foundationfor the construction of the teaching practice, in tune with the current problems of
Geography teaching. In this work, analyzes of some methodological strategies of
Geography teaching were carried out in a period of 02 (two) months. At the beginning
of the project, the PIBID grantees planned the actions that would be developed, and
each grantee thought up a theme to be worked on with regular school students. Once
the planning was done, observation and probing were done in the classroom to check
the students’ difficulties. From this, both the scholarship holders and the supervisorteacher defined the work that the students attended in the classroom. The activities
carried out by PIBID in the school have been showing good results, both in student
learning and in the development of scholarship holders. As for students, they participate
in the proposed activities and assimilate the content taught; in general, you can see
their evolution. In view of the proposed objectives and results obtained, PIBID is able to
train teachers for Public Basic Education with good quality, thanks to the experiences
acquired in the classroom that give the scholars a reflection on their teaching practice.
