OS IMPACTOS DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EM DOCENTES DO ENSINO SUPERIOR
Este estudo possui como objetivo basilar realizar alguns apontamentos no que se refere ao impacto da Síndrome de Burnout em docentes do ensino superior. O presente trabalho científico foi elaborado com base em um estudo bibliográfico, e encontra-se didática e metodologicamente estruturado em três momentos teóricos, quais sejam: primeiramente são apresentados alguns conceitos da síndrome de burnout, possibilitando uma melhor compreensão do objeto central de estudo. Ato contínuo, temos uma exposição quanto aos sintomas e consequências da mencionada síndrome. Por fim, são levantados algumas considerações quanto a ocorrência da síndrome de burnout e sua incidência em docentes do ensino superior. Na conclusão, retomamos alguns pontos relevantes da temática em estudo, tendo em vista que a relevância da presente pesquisa ocorre pelo fato de que entre as profissões que mais são afetadas pela menciona síndrome, os trabalhadores docentes encontram-se como o segundo maior índice desta enfermidade, ocasionada pelo estresse e pelas pressões excessivas que são acometidos estes trabalhadores no exercício de seu oficio laboral.

Abstract:
This study has as its basic objective to make some notes regarding the impact of Burnout Syndrome in higher education teachers. The present scientific work was elaborated based on a bibliographic study, and it is didactic and methodologically structured in three theoretical moments, namely: first, some concepts of the burnout syndrome are presented, allowing a better understanding of the central object of study. On a continuous basis, we have an exposure regarding the symptoms and consequences of the mentioned syndrome. Finally, some considerations are raised regarding the occurrence of burnout syndrome and its incidence in higher education teachers. In conclusion, we return to some relevant points of the theme under study, considering that the relevance of the present research occurs due to the fact that among the professions that are most affected by the mentioned syndrome, teaching workers are the second highest index of this disease , caused by the stress and excessive pressures that these workers suffer in the exercise of their work.
