OS IMPACTOS DA MACONHA DA LEGALIZAÇÃO DA MACONHA NO BRASIL
A maconha, é cientificamente conhecida como Cannabis Sativa, ela têm em suas características a capacidade de produzir ações psicotrópicas, que modificam a forma de sentir, agir e também pensar. No Brasil, a maconha está entre as drogas mais consumidas de forma recreativa atualmente. A partir disso, foram criados alguns movimentos que buscam pela legalização da maconha no pais, sendo considerado até em projeto de lei. Este artigo objetiva expor lados positivos e negativos sobre a legalização da Cannabis Sativa, elucidando a viabilidade de legalizar o seu uso. O presente trabalho foi realizado por meio de estudo de revisão bibliográfica, onde se analisou artigos científicos e o conhecimento legislativo acerca do tema. Depois de analisar os materiais, foi possível observar que a maconha faz parte da história do Brasil, e de certa forma impactaram o seu desenvolvimento político e social. Foram identificados diferentes argumentos, como a nova alternativa terapêutica para doenças crônicas, bem como a redução do narcotráfico e aumento na receita, com a coleta de impostos, esses argumentos são defendidos por aqueles que apoiam o Projeto de Lei que busca a legalização da maconha no País. Conclui-se que, a legislação da maconha no Brasil é considerada uma pauta abordada de forma restrita e isolada, uma vez que a maioria da população é contra essa ideia.

Abstract:
Marijuana, is scientifically known as Cannabis Sativa, it has in its characteristics the ability to produce psychotropic actions, which change the way of feeling, acting and also thinking. In Brazil, marijuana is among the drugs most consumed recreationally today. From this, some movements were created that seek for the legalization of marijuana in the country, being considered even in a bill. This article aims to expose positive and negative sides about the legalization of Cannabis Sativa, elucidating the feasibility of legalizing its use. The present work was carried out through a bibliographic review study, where scientific articles and legislative knowledge on the subject were analyzed. After analyzing the materials, it was possible to observe that marijuana is part of the history of Brazil, and somehow impacted its political and social development. Different arguments were identified, such as the new therapeutic alternative for chronic diseases, as well as the reduction of drug trafficking and increase in revenue, with the collection of taxes, these arguments are defended by those who support the Bill that seeks the legalization of marijuana in the Parents. It is concluded that the marijuana legislation in Brazil is considered an agenda addressed in a restricted and isolated way, since the majority of the population is against this idea.
