OS EFEITOS NA FORMAÇÃO DE ESTUDANTES DE ENFERMAGEM E MEDICINA AO VIVENCIAREM O GRUPO “PUCALHAÇOS”
Atualmente é notável uma atmosfera carente de humor e afetividade no âmbito da saúde. Entretanto, essa visão de mundo aos poucos tem sido alterada, iniciando-se com o médico norte-americano, Patch Adams, o qual convoca todas as pessoas a apoiar qualquer clownwork em hospitais, a fim de tornarem-se uma ferramenta de propagação de alegria, amor e humor. Seguindo esse mesmo ideal, foi criado em 2009 na Faculdade de Ciências Médicas e da Saúde (FCMS) o grupo “PUCalhaços”, com o intuito de humanizar os alunos através do contato com o paciente e de melhorar aspectos pessoais. Este estudo teve como objetivo relacionar o trabalho voluntário de estudantes de medicina e enfermagem FCMS com o aprimoramento da formação acadêmica e ideológica. Foi aplicado um questionário a um grupo composto por alunos que iriam ingressar na capacitação e, o segundo, composto por alunos que, além de já terem concluído a capacitação, praticaram ações voluntárias do grupo PUCalhaços. As respostas foram analisadas pelo método do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) nas Expressões Chave foram identificadas 7 Ancoragens (A). Dessa forma, conclui-se a importância do “PUCalhaços” em ambos os grupos entrevistados. Ficou claro, também, o impacto proporcionado pelas capacitações, tanto para a atuação do palhaço nos hospitais, quanto para o aprimoramento das relações sociais e acadêmicas do próprio participante. Ademais, reconheceu-se a função desse grupo voluntário como auxiliador na formação profissional, por ensinar um atendimento humanizado, o qual atenda amplamente às necessidades físicas e psicológicas do paciente.

Abstract:
Currently, is remarkable an atmosphere lacking humor and affectivity in health area. However, this issue has been changed gradually, beginning with the American physician, Patch Adams, who calls upon all people to support any hospital clownwork in order to spread joy, love and humor. Following this same ideal, the group “PUCalhaços” was created in 2009 at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences (FMHS), in order to humanize students through contact with the patient and improve personal aspects. This study aimed to relate the voluntary work of FMHS medical and nursing students with the improvement of academic and ideological education. A questionnaire was applied to a group composed of students who would enter the training and the second, composed of students who, in addition to having completed the training, practiced voluntary actions of the PUCalhaços group. The answers were analyzed by the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) method in the Key Expressions. 7 Anchors (A) were identified. Thus, it is concluded the importance of “PUCalhaços” in both groups interviewed. It was also clear the impact provided by the training, both for the performance of the clown in hospitals, and for the improvement of the participant's own social and academic relations. In addition, the role of this volunteer group was recognized as a helper in vocational training, as it teaches humanized care, which broadly meets the physical and psychological needs of the patient.
