OS EFEITOS DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DOS SISTEMAS INSS DIGITAL E MEU INSS NOS REQUERIMENTOS DE BENEFÍCIOS PERANTE O INSS
Os Sistemas INSS Digital e Meu INSS são plataformas virtuais de atendimento ao segurado junto à Previdência Social. Buscam o aumento da produtividade e da eficiência da Autarquia Previdenciária ao analisar processos, combinando ações presenciais e a distância. O objetivo Principal deste trabalho resumiu-se em analisar os efeitos da implantação dos sistemas INSS Digital e Meu INSS nos processos de requerimentos de benefícios previdenciários ou assistenciais perante o INSS. Os objetivos específicos consistiram em compreender os princípios da legalidade, moralidade e eficiência sob a ótica dos requerimentos realizados junto ao INSS e descrever quais os serviços e recursos disponíveis aos requerentes nos sistemas abordados nesta pesquisa. A metodologia do presente trabalho voltou-se em pesquisa bibliográfica de caráter qualitativa, baseada em estudos da doutrina MEIRELES (2017), REALE (2001), KANT (1997), dentre outros, na Lei 8.213/91 e nos dados divulgados pelo Boletim Estatístico da Previdência Social. Segundo o INSS existem 1,3 milhões de processos sem resolução com prazo de análise de 45 dias esgotado. Os sistemas dificultaram o acesso dos segurados de pouca instrução, em especial trabalhadores rurais e pescadores artesanais, às informações de que necessitam, ferindo a dignidade dos segurados que procuram o INSS.

Abstract:
The INSS Digital and Meu INSS Systems are virtual platforms for assisting the insured with Social Security. They seek to increase the productivity and efficiency of the Social Security Agency when analyzing processes, combining face-to-face and distance actions. The main objective of this work is to analyze the effects of the implementation of the INSS Digital and Meu INSS systems in the processes of claiming social security or assistance benefits before the INSS. The specific objectives are to analyze the principles of legality, morality and efficiency from the perspective of the requirements made with the INSS and describe what services and resources are available to applicants in the systems covered in this research. The methodology of the present work consists of qualitative bibliographic research, based on studies of the doctrine MEIRELES (2017), REALE (2001), KANT (1997), among others, in Law 8.213 / 91 and in the data released by the Social Security Statistical Bulletin Social. According to the INSS, there are 1.3 million unresolved cases with a 45-day analysis deadline. The systems made it difficult for insured people with little education, especially rural workers and artisanal fishermen, to access the information they need, damaging the dignity of insured persons seeking INSS.
