Os direitos fundamentais dos animais como seres sencientes

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analise dos direitos fundamentais dos animais como seres sencientes, haja vista a longa trajetória para que esse reconhecimento que já era ventilado por alguns protetores e cientistas, pelo menos, desde o século XIX, trazendo à baila alguns artigos de lei que defende os animais, inclusive proteção constitucional. Na pesquisa foi utilizado o método indutivo, a partir de literatura relevante ao tema o presente trabalho também tem a função explicativa ao dissecar e trazer a conhecimento os conceitos apontados pela doutrina referente ao título do trabalho, a saber: Os direitos fundamentais dos animais como seres sencientes

  • Abstract: This article aims to analyze the fundamental rights of animals as sentient beings, given the long trajectory for this recognition, which was already promoted by some protectors and scientists, at least since the 19th century, bringing to the fore some articles of law that defends animals, including constitutional protection. The inductive method was used in the research, based on literature relevant to the topic, the present work also has an explanatory function by dissecting and bringing to knowledge the concepts highlighted by the doctrine referring to the title of the work, namely: The fundamental rights of animals as beings sentient.
