OS DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS DA POLÍCIA MILITAR DO PARANÁ NO ÂMBITO DO 16º BATALHÃO EM AMBIENTE DE PANDEMIA DO CORANAVÍRUS
RESUMO: A COVID-19 é uma doença multissistêmica e infectocontagiosa que teve início no final de 2019, já no Brasil o primeiro caso foi relatado no começo de 2020. A partir daí os casos foram se alastrando até se tornar uma pandemia. A Policia Militar foi afetada diretamente, tendo em vista que executa serviço essencial e de contato direto com outras pessoas. Assim, faz-se necessário o uso dos direitos humanos previstos no direito nacional, promovendo segurança, dignidade e remuneração adequada suprindo quaisquer necessidades de cada trabalhador. O objetivo do presente trabalho é visualizar as medidas sanitárias adotadas e evidenciar a aplicação dos direitos fundamentais no âmbito do 16º Batalhão em ambiente de pandemia do Coronavírus. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo exploratório que utilizou um método dedutivo como metodologia, utilizando fontes bibliográficas como a SciElo e o Google Acadêmico, uso da doutrina, legislação, jurisprudência e diversos documentos eletrônicos provenientes da Polícia Militar do Paraná no âmbito do 16º Batalhão. Frente ao ambiente atípico que a pandemia transformou, medidas de profilaxia foram tomadas, dentre elas o uso do álcool em gel, distanciamento social, higienização das mãos e viaturas sempre que possível e manter ambientes sempre muito bem arejados. Com essas medidas, foi possível observar que, diante ao alarmante número de casos no Brasil, apenas 55 policiais foram contaminados no período de 01 de março a 20 de junho de 2021, constatando que as medidas tomadas pelo 16º Batalhão de Polícia Militar foram eficazes e extremamente importantes em combate à COVID-19.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The COVID-19 is an infectious and multisystemic disease that started at the end of 2019, in Brazil the first case was reported in the beginning of 2020. From then, the cases spread until they became a pandemic. The Military Police were directly affected, given that it performs essential service and direct contact with other people. Therefore, it is necessary to use the human rights provided for in national law, promoting security, dignity and adequate remuneration meeting any needs of each worker. The objective of the present work is visualize the sanitary measures adopted and highlight the application of fundamental rights under the 16th Battalion in the Coronavírus pandemic environment. This is an exploratory study that used a deductive method as a methodology, using bibliographic sources such as SciElo and Google Scholar, use of doctrine, legislation, jurisprudence and several documents from the Military Police of Paraná under the 16th Battalion. Front of the atypical environment that the pandemic transformed, prophylaxis measures were taken, among them the use of alcohol gel, social distancing, hand and car hygiene whenever possible and keeping environments always very well ventilated. With these measures, it was possible to observe that, given the alarming number of cases in Brazil, only 55 police officers were contaminated from March 1 to June 20 of 2021, nothing that the measures taken by the 16th Military Police Battalion were effective and extremely important in combating to COVID-19.
