OS (DES)CAMINHOS DA ADOÇÃO NO BRASIL: OS DIREITOS DA CRIANÇA E SUAS RESPECTIVAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE ATENÇÃO: UM RELATO DE CASO
O presente trabalho é, a partir do relato de um caso, convite a algumas reflexões acerca do tema adoção e suas complexidades. A morosidade dos procedimentos de destituição do poder familiar, as discrepâncias regionais e entre perfis de adotantes e adotandos, a inexistência de abrigos e serviços de atenção especializada que pudessem orientar e acolher mulheres que não podem ficar com seus filhos, a distância que separa o ‘dever ser’ do Cadastro de Pretendentes à Adoção do Sistema Nacional de Adoção e Acolhimento (SNA) e a realidade da ausência, ineficiência ou insuficiência do Estado em muitas localidades Brasil afora, são parte deste cenário. A (não rara) anulação da voz da criança e a (igualmente não rara) violação de seus direitos tidos como fundamentais são realidades facilmente constatáveis por quem está em campo.

Abstract:
The present work is, from the report of a case, an invitation to some reflections on the adoption theme and its complexities. The length of procedures to remove family power, regional discrepancies and between adoptive and adoptive profiles, the lack of shelters and specialized care services that could guide and welcome women who can not stay with their children, the distance that separates the Registration of Applicants for Adoption of the National Adoption and Reception System (SNA) and the reality of the absence, inefficiency or insufficiency of the State in many places in Brazil, are part of this scenario. The (not infrequently) voidness of the child's voice and the (equally not uncommon) violation of their rights considered as fundamental are realities easily established by those who are in the field.
