OS DESAFIOS PARA PROMOVER A EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA
Este artigo tem como objetivo apontar como a educação infantil foi desafiada nos tempos da pandemia de Covid-19, e quais os impactos da pandemia no sistema educacional infantil brasileiro. Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa, que buscou na literatura existente a sustentação para a proposta da pesquisa. Em 2002, o coronavírus da síndrome respiratória aguda grave (SARS-CoV) surgiu na população humana e, em questão de meses, o vírus infectou mais de 8.000 pessoas, matando cerca de 10%. Em 2003, as infecções por SARS-CoV pararam e o vírus não foi mais visto desde então. A pandemia da Covid-19 está sobrecarregando e afetando o funcionamento dos sistemas educacionais em todo o mundo e consequentemente todas as crianças, embora em diferentes graus, a depender dos vários fatores. Os alunos de famílias mais pobres com níveis educacionais mais baixos, normalmente são crianças com pouca motivação para aprendizagem, portanto tendem a sofrer mais durante esse período. Nesse contexto, esforços devem ser feitos para humanizar o processo de aprendizagem da melhor forma possível e atenção pessoal deve ser dada aos alunos para que eles possam se adaptar a este novo ambiente.

Abstract:
This article aims to point out how early childhood education was challenged in the times of the Covid-19 pandemic, and what are the impacts of the pandemic on the Brazilian children's educational system. This is a narrative review, which sought support for the research proposal in the existing literature. In 2002, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) emerged in the human population, and in a matter of months, the virus infected more than 8,000 people, killing about 10%. In 2003, SARS-CoV infections stopped and the virus has not been seen since. The Covid-19 pandemic is overwhelming and affecting the functioning of education systems around the world and consequently all children, albeit to different degrees, depending on various factors. Students from poorer families with lower educational levels are usually children with little motivation to learn, so they tend to suffer more during this period. In this context, efforts must be made to humanize the learning process in the best possible way and personal attention must be given to students so that they can adapt to this new environment.
