OS DESAFIOS ENFRENTADOS PELAS MULHERES NEGRAS EMPREENDEDORAS NA CIDADE DE RIO GRANDE-RS/ THE CHALLENGES FACED BY ENTREPRENEUR BLACK WOMEN IN THE CITY OF RIO GRANDE-RS.
Partindo de um contexto histórico, se pode observar que a luta das mulheres por igualdade de direitos com os homens ficou conhecido como feminismo. Esse movimento em seus primórdios não englobavam as mulheres negras que viram seus interesses serem levados em consideração somente quando o movimento feminista negro ganhou proeminência em meados do século XX. (PINTO, 2010). Outra pauta de luta das mulheres diz respeito a maior participação e mais direitos no mercado de trabalho, onde as mulheres buscam, entre outras coisas, equiparar seus salários aos dos homens. Em sua luta pela sobrevivência e em tempos de crise financeira, o empreendedorismo pode ser uma saída para o sustento de muitas famílias. A pesquisa visa contribuir para a compreensão dos desafios enfrentados pela mulher negra na economia de Rio Grande, bem como busca dar visibilidade a essa parcela da população historicamente excluída das políticas públicas. Nessa pesquisa, verificou-se que as mulheres aqui entrevistadas enfrentam diversas dificuldades para abris e manter seus negócios. Dificuldades tais como: falta de recursos financeiros para investir, ter que abrir mão de acompanhar o crescimento dos filhos em função do excesso de trabalho, sofrer preconceito dos clientes em função dos estereótipos a que estão sujeitas na sociedade, etc.

Abstract:
From a historical context, it can be observed that the struggle of women for equal rights with men became known as feminism. This movement in its early days did not encompass black women who saw their interests taken into account only when the black feminist movement gained prominence in the mid-twentieth century. (PINTO, 2010). Another agenda for women's struggle concerns greater participation and more rights in the labor market, where women seek, among other things, to match their salaries to men's. In their struggle for survival and in times of financial crisis, entrepreneurship can be a way to support many families. The research aims to contribute to the understanding of the challenges faced by black women in the economy of Rio Grande, as well as seeking to give visibility to this portion of the population historically excluded from public policies. In this research, it was found that the women interviewed here face several difficulties to open and maintain their businesses. Difficulties such as: lack of financial resources to invest, having to give up monitoring the growth of children due to overwork, suffering prejudice from customers due to the stereotypes they are subjected to in society, etc.
