OS DESAFIOS ENCONTRADOS PARA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE NOS DIAS ATUAIS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Objetivo: Analisar quais os desafios encontrados para a elaboração da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente no serviço de saúde. Método: A revisão integrativa é uma metodologia de pesquisa que busca integrar resultados de diferentes estudos em um único trabalho, a fim de esclarecer questões de saúde em um nível mais abrangente. O objetivo dessa abordagem é fornecer uma síntese completa e atualizada da literatura em um determinado interesse. Resultado: A partir dos artigos selecionados é possível notar a importância da educação permanente em saúde, sendo uma ferramenta que possibilita uma reflexão crítica voltada para as problematizações das práticas em saúde, onde vários resultados dos estudos supracitados apontam compreensões distintas em relação à concepção de EPS. Conclusão: O trabalho, que teve como objetivo explorar as barreiras encontradas no processo da implementação da política no cotidiano dos serviços de saúde, concluiu que há diversos desafios que afetam a realização efetiva da política

Abstract:
Introduction: Permanent Health Education is a device capable of promoting profound transformations, defined as a proposal for learning at work. The national policy of continuing education in health (PNEPS) implemented in 2004 by decree 198/04, by the Ministry of Health Objective: To analyze the challenges encountered in the elaboration of the National Policy for Continuing Education in the health service. Method: The integrative review is a research methodology that seeks to integrate results from different studies into a single work, in order to clarify health issues at a broader level. The aim of this approach is to provide a complete and up-to-date synthesis of the literature on a given interest. Result: From the selected articles, it is possible to notice the importance of permanent health education, being a tool that enables a critical reflection focused on the problematization of health practices, where several results of the aforementioned studies point to different understandings in relation to the conception of EPS . Conclusion: The work, which aimed to explore the barriers encountered in the process of implementing the policy in the daily life of health services, concluded that there are several challenges that affect the effective implementation of the policy
