OS DESAFIOS DOS ENFERMEIROS EMPREENDEDORES ATUANTES NO ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO
O empreendedorismo contribuiu para ampliação da visibilidade, inovação e consolidação da profissão do enfermeiro em diversos cenários, se tornando um setor cada vez mais propício para empreender e ir além dos muros do ambiente hospitalar. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar os desafios dos enfermeiros empreendedores em posição de liderança estratégica atuantes no estado do Espirito Santo. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, transversal, de abordagem quantitativa e delineamento sequencial explanatório em que nessa pesquisa os sujeitos serão definidos através de amostragem não probabilística, e intencional de acordo com as características predefinidas. O resultado do trabalho verificou que a maioria dos enfermeiros empreendedores são mulheres casadas e com filhos que buscam a valorização profissional e autonomia. De acordo com os participantes da pesquisa os desafios se inicia já na graduação por falta de estimulo e conhecimento necessário.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurship contributes to expanding the visibility, innovation and consolidation of thenursing profession in different scenarios, becoming an increasingly favorable sector to undertake and go beyond the walls of the hospital environment. This study aims to analyze the challenges of enterprising nurses in strategic leadership positions working in the state of Espirito Santo. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach and explanatory sequential design in which the subjects will be defined through non-probabilistic sampling, and intentional according to the predefined characteristics. The result of the work found that most entrepreneurial nurses are married women with children who seek professional development and autonomy. According to the participants of research the challenges begins at graduation due to lack of stimulation and necessary knowledge.
