OS DESAFIOS DO ENSINO DE LIBRAS: ADEQUAÇÃO DOS LÉXICOS UTILIZADOS NAS DISCIPLINAS DE LIBRAS DA UFJ
Em consonância com a Legislação que determina a obrigatoriedade da disciplina de Libras, (BRASIL, 2002; 2005), a UFJ disponibiliza a oferta da referida disciplina nos cursos de licenciatura. Esta instituição de ensino superior é submetida a uma grande rotatividade de professores de Libras pois, a maioria destes profissionais são contratados por meio de processos seletivos simplificado. Deste modo, por virem de diferentes lugares e pelo fato de que a Libras não apresenta uma unidade linguística em nosso país, eles fazem o uso de vários sinais regionais que, geralmente, não são utilizados pelos surdos da comunidade jataiense, os quais também aprenderam Libras por meio de apostilas de outras regiões do país. Assim, com o objetivo de apresentar a comunidade acadêmica, bem como a comunidade surda de jataí, um estudo acerca da variação linguística da Libras presente nos espaços da UFJ, pretendemos de maneira específica levantar uma discussão acerca da normatização dessa língua de sinais utilizada nesse ambiente acadêmico e pelos surdos da cidade de Jataí. O presente estudo se ancora nos pressupostos da pesquisa qualitativa, trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico com o apoio de Brito (1995), Castro Junior (2011), Oliveira e Marques (2014), dentre outros. Pretende-se ao final desta pesquisa, criar um material didático de apoio, tanto para os estudantes, quanto para os docentes da disciplina de Libras. Portanto, espera-se que este material contribua para que a UFJ se torne um espaço amplo de comunicação em Libras e, contudo, auxilie também no processo de inclusão dos surdos de Jataí. Como resultados parciais, nossos estudos apontam que a variação linguística consiste em algo natural, tanto nas línguas orais quanto nas línguas de sinais, entretanto, quando se trata de uma variação muito ampla pode ocasionar em um desfavorecimento na comunicação, bem como a interação entre surdos e ouvintes (que estão aprendendo Libras).

Abstract:
In line with the Legislation that determines the compulsory discipline of Libras, (BRAZIL, 2002; 2005), the UFJ offers the offer of such discipline in undergraduate courses. This institution of higher education is subject to a great rotation of teachers of Libras because, most of these professionals are hired through simplified selection processes. Thus, because they come from different places and the fact that Libras does not have a linguistic unit in our country, they make use of various regional signs that are generally not used by deaf people from the Jataí community, who have also learned Libras, through handouts from other regions of the country. Thus, in order to present the academic community, as well as the deaf community of jataí, a study about the linguistic variation of Libras present in UFJ spaces, we specifically intend to raise a discussion about the standardization of this sign language used in this environment. academic and deaf people in the city of Jataí. This study is based on the assumptions of qualitative research, it is a bibliographic study with the support of Brito (1995), Castro Junior (2011), Oliveira and Marques (2014), among others. At the end of this research, it is intended to create a support material for both students and teachers of the Libras discipline. Therefore, it is hoped that this material will contribute to the UFJ becoming a large communication space in Libras and, however, also help in the process of inclusion of Jataí deaf people. As partial results, our studies point out that linguistic variation consists of something natural, both in oral and sign languages, however, when it is a very wide variation can lead to a disadvantage in communication, as well as the interaction between deaf and listeners (who are learning Libras).
