OS DESAFIOS DAS IES NA ADESÃO DOS PROFESSORES À INCLUSÃO ESCOLAR
Este estudo teve como objetivo
compreender a história da inclusão escolar de
alunos da educação especial, que chegam às
universidades, e que necessitam de suporte,
destacar a importância da adesão dos docentes,
para eficácia deste processo, assegurando
que todas as etapas do ensino aprendizagem
sejam efetivadas e concluídas, respeitando os
limites de cada discente analisando também os
desafios encontrados pelas IES (Instituições
do ensino superior), no apoio a adesão dos
docentes, para implementação do processo
de inclusão das pessoas com deficiência. As
organizações que assistem pessoas portadoras
de necessidades especiais, têm o papel de
minimizar, mediar e tornar mais ameno os
impactos que as desigualdades, as fragilidades
possam causar. Favorecendo um ambiente
igualitário, onde as possibilidades para inclusão
se tornem reais e palpáveis, melhorando a
autoestima, tornando possível a interação,
fomentando conhecimento, abrindo caminhos
que permitam uma forma mais autônoma
para um futuro ativo dos atores que enfrentam
grandes desafios não só no processo de ensino
e aprendizagem, mas também acolhido.

Abstract:
This study aimed to understand
the history of school inclusion of special
education students, who arrive at the
universities, and who need support, to highlight
the importance of teachers’ adherence to the
effectiveness of this process, ensuring that all
stages of teaching learning are completed and
completed, respecting the limits of each student,
also analyzing the challenges encountered
by higher education institutions, in supporting
the adherence of teachers, to implement the
process of inclusion of people with disabilities.
Organizations that assist people with special
needs have the role of minimizing, mediating,
and making the impacts that inequalities
and fragilities cause. Favoring an egalitarian
environment, where the possibilities for inclusion become real and palpable, improving
self-esteem, making interaction possible, fostering knowledge, opening paths that allow
a more autonomous form for an active future of the actors who face great challenges,
not only in the process teaching and learning, but also welcomed.
